MEMBERSHIP:

The membership is voluntarily available without restriction of any social, political or religious discrimination. To all persons who can make use of its services and are willing to accept the responsibilities of the society who have attained the age of 18 yrs.

CAPITAL AND SHARES:

The authorized share capital of the society shall be Rs.1,00,00,000/-(One crore rupees only) which shall be raised by means of shares to be subscribed by its members. Each share shall be of the value of Rs. 100/- (One hundred rupees only).

FUNDS OF THE SOCIETY AND BORROWING POWER:

To carry out the purposes of the society, the society may borrow funds or receive deposits at interest from members only to any extent and with the previous permission of competent authority from non-members also upto a limit fixed by the General Body.

It may also raise loans, cash credit limit, overdrafts limits and may receive grants, aids, donations from persons, institutions, bank, government and non government agencies.

PROMOTION OF SUBSIDIARY ORGANISATIONS:

The cooperative society, may by a resolution passed at the general meeting by a majority of members present having voting rights promote one or more subsidiary organizations for the furtherance of its stated objectives and such organization/s may be registered under any law for the time being in force, as agreed to by the general body.
